We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator / Setter to operate and set CNC machines for manufacturing components as per drawings and production requirements. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with basic knowledge of CNC machines, controllers, and machining processes will be preferred. Training will be provided to selected freshers.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per requirements.
Read and understand mechanical drawings and basic dimensions.
Understand and operate CNC controllers.
Load and check CNC programs and make basic program adjustments when required.
Set tool offsets, work offsets, and cutting parameters.
Monitor machining operations and ensure components meet required dimensions.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform in-process inspection and maintain product quality.
Identify basic machine, tooling, and machining problems.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
Complete production and inspection records.

Required Skills




Basic knowledge of CNC machines and machining processes.
Basic knowledge of CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar.
Ability to understand mechanical drawings is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
Willingness to learn CNC machine setting and operation.
Positive attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.

Eligibility
ITI / Diploma / Mechanical
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with prior CNC operating or setting experience will have an advantage.
Training will be provided for suitable freshers.

0–7 years – Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Training

Selected freshers will receive on-the-job training in:
CNC machine operation
Machine setting
CNC controller operation
Tool and work offsets
Tool selection and setting
Basic CNC programming
Drawing and measurement
Quality inspection
Machine safety and maintenance

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
