Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, food costs, wastage, and purchasing.
Manage cash handling, billing, sales reports, and daily financial records.
Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, suppliers, and management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local health and safety regulations.
Set sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Conduct staff meetings and evaluate employee performance.
Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
