Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Science

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate degree in Science or a relevant subject from a recognized university.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Strong academic background in Science.
1–5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred; deserving freshers may also apply.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Robust classroom-management and student-engagement abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Science to students as per the school's prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Use practical, activity-based, and creative teaching methodologies.
Assess and monitor students' academic progress.
Maintain student records and academic documentation.
Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic activities.




Collaborate with fellow teachers and the academic team.
Use digital tools and technology to enhance classroom learning.

Required Skills
Strong subject knowledge in Science.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Good classroom-management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools.

Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
