Position: Shift Incharge/Sr. Executive - Production

Location: Degam Near by Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities and shift operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Monitor machine operations, production processes, and manpower utilization.
Handle production-related issues and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
Ensure product quality, process parameters, and production standards are maintained.
Prepare shift-wise production reports and maintain necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and company procedures.
Train and guide operators and production staff.
Minimize production downtime, rejection,



and material wastage.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.

Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and machinery.
Robust team handling and shift management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
