The Senior Graphic Designer – Exhibition Industry is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative visual solutions for exhibition stalls, event branding, trade shows, and experiential marketing projects. The role requires solid design leadership, client coordination, and the ability to translate brand objectives into impactful spatial and graphic designs.

Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution
Develop creative graphic concepts for exhibition stalls, booths, kiosks, pavilions, and event setups
Design 2D graphics, branding panels, backdrops, hoardings, signage, standees, and digital creatives
Translate client briefs into visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines
Create layouts, color schemes, typography, and visual storytelling for exhibition spaces
Prepare print-ready and production-ready artworks

Exhibition-Specific Responsibilities
Understand stall fabrication requirements and design graphics accordingly
Coordinate with production, fabrication, and installation teams for accurate execution
Ensure designs comply with exhibition guidelines, space constraints, and technical specifications




Supervise graphic placement and visual quality during setup (as required)

Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Present design concepts and ideas to clients confidently
Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity
Work closely with sales, marketing, and project teams for smooth project delivery

Team Leadership & Mentoring
Guide and mentor junior graphic designers
Review and approve design outputs from team members
Maintain consistency in design quality across projects

Quality Control & Time Management
Ensure timely delivery of designs within deadlines
Maintain high standards of creativity, accuracy, and brand consistency
Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW)
Knowledge of print processes, materials, and large-format printing
Basic understanding of 3D design tools (SketchUp / 3ds Max) is an advantage
Robust layout, typography, and color theory skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
