Summary

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates for our hypermarket team at LuLu Mall Kochi. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist customers effectively in a quick-paced retail workplace.Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist with product selection and enquiries
Maintain attractive product displays and keep shelves fully stocked
Ensure the sales area is clean and properly organised
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate them when required
Monitor inventory and report stock shortages
Inform customers about current offers and promotions

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Higher Secondary or above




Good communication and customer-service skills
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
