Hiring: HR Executive
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand
Working: 5.5 Days | Alternate Saturday Off
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and onboarding
Manage attendance, leave & payroll coordination
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Prepare HR MIS and reports
Handle employee queries and engagement activities
Support appraisal, exit formalities & day-to-day HR operations
Requirements:
2+ years of HR experience
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and HR operations
Candidates with recruitment + HR operations experience preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
