About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in HR operations and recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication




Help in drafting job descriptions and job postings
Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal teams

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / any HR-related course
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
