What you'll do
Write scripts for short videos - reels, shorts, hooks, trend videos.
Bring ideas to the table: campaign concepts, content angles, new formats to try
Make reels start to finish - shoot, caption, post
Be on camera. A lot of our content is one person talking to the viewer and that could be you
Post and manage content on YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook
Keep an eye on what's working and use that to shape the next round of content

What we're looking for
Studying or recently finished a degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or
something close - what you've made matters more than the subject




Positive communication skills, in writing and in person
Confident and natural on camera. You can talk to a lens without
freezing or sounding like you're reading
Can write. Scripts, hooks, captions - simple and natural, not stiff
Someone with ideas. You should be able to walk in with three, not wait to be given one
Actually online. You know what's working on Reels and LinkedIn because you're on them every day
