Job Summary

Motia Builders Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of architectural design and be proficient in CAD, SketchUp, rendering, and Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, and working drawings.
Develop 2D and 3D architectural designs as per project requirements.
Create 3D models and realistic architectural renders.
Assist in design development and presentation of project concepts.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and construction teams.
Make design modifications and revisions based on project requirements.




Ensure drawings and designs follow project specifications and standards.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Knowledge of 3D rendering software.
Positive working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Strong design sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
