Capital Markets Management Specialist | Team Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Capital Markets Management Specialist / Team Lead with strong expertise in Private Equity and Hedge Fund operations, including NAV calculation and international financial processes.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Min 10+ years of overall experience in Capital Markets / Fund Operations.

3–4 years of Team Lead experience on paper with proven team-handling capabilities
Hands-on experience in Private Equity Fund and Hedge Fund operations
Solid knowledge of NAV Calculation, Fund Accounting & Valuation
Experience handling international processes / global clients
Valuable understanding of capital markets, fund operations and financial reporting
Solid analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to manage teams, review processes and ensure operational accuracy

Qualification
B.Com – Mandatory
MBA (Finance) – Preferred
CA / CFA – Not Mandatory

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
