Job Responsibilities

· Manage complete CRM operations from booking to possession and post-sales services.

· Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.

· Manage and monitor the CRM team and their daily activities.

· Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Site teams.

· Monitor customer payments, outstanding dues, agreements, documentation, and possession.

· Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software/database.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to CRM activities, customer complaints, payments, follow-ups, and pending cases.

· Analyze MIS data and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

· Track team performance and prepare CRM performance reports.





· Ensure customer satisfaction and timely closure of pending issues.

Candidate Requirements

· 5–8 years of overall experience with minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate CRM.

· Real Estate experience is mandatory.

· Solid experience in customer handling, possession, documentation, payment follow-up, and complaint resolution.

· Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and coordination skills.

· Good knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and CRM software.

· Robust knowledge of MIS preparation, data analysis, and reporting.

· Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
