We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations of the manufacturing plant and office. The candidate will be responsible for network, hardware, software, servers, user support, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily IT operations at the plant and office.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, VPN, and internet connectivity.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
Manage Windows systems, Active Directory, user accounts, and access permissions.
Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, and backup systems.
Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet/Sophos Firewall.
Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, and other cybersecurity systems.
Maintain regular data backup and ensure data security.
Support ERP/SAP, HRMS,



production software, and other business applications.
Manage CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, and other plant IT systems.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for technical support.
Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, AMC records, and documentation.
Support implementation and maintenance of IT policies and security procedures.
Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and current IT projects.
Monitor network and system performance and minimize downtime.
Prepare IT reports and maintain proper documentation.
Provide support during plant expansion, recent system installation, and IT audits.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
