We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer with hands-on experience in Delcam software and Mitsubishi controller for VMC machines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify VMC programs using Delcam software.
Program VMC machines as per engineering drawings and machining requirements.
Operate and program VMC machines with Mitsubishi controller.
Understand engineering drawings and dimensional requirements.
Select suitable cutting tools and machining parameters.
Optimize VMC programs to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
Conduct program prove-out and make necessary program corrections.
Troubleshoot VMC programming and machining issues.
Ensure component quality and dimensional accuracy.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in VMC programming.
Delcam software experience is mandatory.
Mitsubishi controller experience is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of VMC machining processes and cutting tools.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Tool Room, Die & Mould, Automotive, or Precision Machining industry will be preferred.
Candidate should be capable of independently handling VMC programming and machining requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
