Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 1.5 to 4 years of experience to provide end-user IT support and ensure smooth functioning of desktop systems, applications, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop troubleshooting, Active Directory, SCCM, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1/Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365-related issues.
Manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions using Active Directory.
Perform software deployment, patch management, and system updates through SCCM.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including user account setup and device configuration.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution when required.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and resolutions.




Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Active Directory (User Management, Group Policies, Access Management)
Hands-on experience with SCCM (Software Deployment, Patch Management)
Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and operating systems
Valuable understanding of Windows desktop environments
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Experience with ticketing tools and IT support processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria
1.5 to 4 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support roles
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to attend face-to-face interviews in Hyderabad
