Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns, statutory returns, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and cash flows.
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost-control initiatives.
Identify financial risks and ensure appropriate internal controls are in place.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for better business decisions.
Handle financial documentation and ensure proper maintenance of records.




Assist in audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
Work closely with the management and other departments on finance-related matters.

Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
Relevant experience in accounting, taxation, finance, and statutory compliance.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Prior experience in an e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, or startup environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
