QC Executive – Home Textiles

Location: Karur, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 5+ years in Home Textile Quality Control / Export Industry
Languages: Fluent in English & Tamil

Concept Clothing Textiles Pvt. Ltd., a sourcing and buying agency working with international brands and retailers, is looking for an experienced QC Executive to manage quality across our home textile production in Karur.

Key Responsibilities
Manage quality control from sampling and development through bulk production and final inspection.
Inspect fabrics, samples, production processes and finished goods against buyer specifications.
Check product construction, measurements, GSM, colour, workmanship, finishing, packing and overall quality.
Coordinate closely with factories, production teams and suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues.
Ensure production meets export-market quality, compliance and customer requirements.
Conduct in-line, mid-production and final inspections and maintain inspection reports.
Follow up on corrective actions and ensure issues are resolved before shipment.




Support the merchandising/sourcing team with technical and quality inputs during product development.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years' experience in QC / quality assurance within the home textile export industry.
Robust knowledge of home textile products, fabrics, weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing and stitching.
Good understanding of export quality standards, buyer requirements and social/compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, AQL and quality documentation.
Valuable understanding of the home textile supply chain and factory production processes.
Must be fluent in both English and Tamil.
Willing to travel locally between factories and suppliers in the Karur region.
Robust attention to detail, communication skills and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
