Role Overview
Position Type: Internship (Entry-Level)
Education Goal: Enrolled in or recent graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.Primary Goal: Gain practical experience maintaining enterprise network settings and supporting IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Support: Assist with first-line helpdesk requests and resolve basic hardware or software issues.
Monitoring: Track network health, performance metrics, and bandwidth usage using diagnostic tools.
Maintenance: Install, configure, and patch routers, switches, printers, and user workstations.
Documentation: Update network diagrams, asset inventories, and IT support logs.
Collaboration: Work alongside senior network engineers on system upgrades and rollout projects
