JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven sales performance, and preferably experience in the EdTech/Education industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales/admission team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Guide team members through the complete sales cycle.
Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and performance discussions.
Support team members in handling objections and closing admissions.
Track conversion rates, revenue, follow-ups, and lead performance.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
Coordinate with Marketing and Academic teams for better lead conversion.




Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Train new team members on sales processes, CRM, counselling, and conversion techniques.

REQUIREMENTS
2–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Previous EdTech experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-oriented and highly motivated.
Good knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
