We are looking for a Telecaller Representative to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact confidently with customers over the phone. Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Attend inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
Explain company products and services effectively.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with potential and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer requirements.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass from a recognized board.
Any Graduate (B.A., B.Com.,



B.B.A., B.C.A., B.Sc., or equivalent) preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and Basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or BPO is an added advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
