We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swimming Coach to train and mentor swimmers of varying skill levels. The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge of swimming techniques, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire athletes to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced swimmers.
Develop personalized training plans to improve performance and technique.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sessions.
Organize and oversee swim meets, competitions, and practice schedules.
Provide constructive feedback and motivation to athletes.
Maintain accurate records of progress and attendance.
Pay: ₹13,388.27 - ₹50,000.00 per month
