Job Summary

Grazroot is looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Research Analyst to support its consulting team. The role involves researching industries, companies, markets, and financial information, and converting data into meaningful business insights that support client engagements and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on industries, markets, companies, and business trends to support consulting assignments.
Perform financial analysis, competitor benchmarking, pricing comparisons, and market analysis to generate actionable business insights.
Prepare company profiles, research reports, presentations, and Excel-based analytical models and dashboards.
Use AI tools to improve research efficiency while validating information through credible and reliable sources.
Support live consulting engagements by collecting data, analyzing findings, and presenting structured insights and recommendations.




Work with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of research and analytical reports.

Requirements
BBA, BMS, B.Com, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Curious, detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn.

Experience
12–18 months of experience in business research, market research, consulting, analytics, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates with a solid interest in business research and consulting are encouraged to apply.

Work Location: In-person

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
