Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of internet services.
Troubleshoot customer and internal network issues promptly.
Manage broadband connectivity, bandwidth allocation, and firewall/security configurations.
Coordinate with field engineers for on-site support and installations.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Assist in network expansion and recent project deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls,



and broadband technology.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
Problem-solving attitude with good communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Prior experience in an ISP or telecom environment preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
