Job Responsibilities
Handle international customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining service quality.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout every interaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent English Communication Skills are Mandatory.
Candidates with average or weak English communication will not be considered.




Solid verbal and written English communication.
Confident, qualified, and customer-focused approach.
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable communicating with international customers.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
