Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our IT/Telecom team. The primary goal of this role is to expand our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT/Telecom sector
Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs




Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of IT/Telecom products and services (preferred)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Positive negotiation and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
