Job Title: Machine Maintenance TechnicianReporting To

Maintenance Head

Key Responsibilities
Identify, diagnose, and rectify mechanical issues and machine malfunctions.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components for productive problem resolution.
Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
Must have practical knowledge and hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and HMC machine maintenance.
Monitor and maintain Power Factor, Generator, EB readings, and RO Water systems.
Ensure machine-wise daily maintenance checklists are properly updated by operators.
Support Preventive Maintenance activities based on Daily Checklists, Production Memos, and self-identification of abnormalities.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and avoid production stoppages related to maintenance.
Maintain ISO 9001 QMS-related maintenance documents and records.

Qualifications & Experience




High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical is preferred.
Proven experience in industrial machine maintenance.
Hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and HMC machine maintenance is required.
Valuable understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns and identify abnormalities independently.

Physical Requirements
Comfortable working in various industrial/environmental conditions.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
