We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team Satyam Packaging. The position offers an in-hand salary and prospects for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to smooth operations of the Factory.
Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
Maintaining day-to-day operations.
Manage and update information accurately.
Keeping attendance records of Employees.
Team Management.
Providing rates from the rate list to the Customers.
Handling Petty Cash.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 – 8 Years Experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days a week.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
