Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to lead end-to-end digital growth strategy for J Pencil’s SaaS platforms. The candidate will drive B2B and B2C acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth through performance and content-led marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for:
Ecommerce Website SaaS
Mobile App
Virtual Try-On
Purchase Plan (Savings Scheme)
Purchase Plan Plus (Digital Gold)
Buy-Sell Platform
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Lead funnel strategy: Awareness → Lead → Demo → Conversion
Generate qualified B2B leads (Retailers, Wholesalers, SHG Women)
Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Manage marketing automation tools
Oversee SEO, content marketing & social media strategy
Coordinate with design & tech team
Track KPIs,



ROI, CTR, CPL, ROAS
Build brand authority in Jewellery SaaS ecosystem

Required Skills
5+ years experience in Digital Marketing
Robust knowledge of SaaS growth marketing
Experience in B2B lead generation
Hands-on in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Marketing funnel & CRM understanding
Analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
Robust communication & strategy skills

B2B retailer onboarding

Revenue from campaigns

Preferred Background
SaaS / E-commerce background
Experience in Jewellery / Retail tech is a plus
MBA Marketing preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
