JOB DESCRIPTION: International Sales & Marketing Team Leader
Responsible for handling international marketing and generating business while leading and managing a team of 8–10 International Sales professionals.
Building and managing solid relationships with international clients, distributors and business partners across different countries.
Developing new overseas markets through market research, business development and client acquisition.
Planning and executing sales & marketing strategies to achieve international business targets.
Travelling to different countries for client meetings, business development, market visits and strengthening customer relationships.
Guiding,



monitoring and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and overall business targets.
Identifying recent market prospects, customer requirements and cross-selling opportunities within the existing product portfolio.
Managing negotiations, pricing discussions and commercial requirements with international clients.
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key international customers and ensuring business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
