Position: Junior Accountant

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1 Year

Industry Preference: Automobile / Retail / Dealership / Trading

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, billing, bank reconciliations, GST support, and maintaining financial records. Experience in the automobile or dealership industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally or other accounting software.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately.
Generate invoices, receipts, and verify billing details.
Assist with bank reconciliations and cash management.
Support GST data preparation, compliance, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for invoice reconciliation and payment processing.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain physical and digital records.




Assist senior accounts team during audits and month-end closing activities.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST and accounting compliance.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Com or Commerce Graduate preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts or Bookkeeping.
Experience in Automobile Dealership, Retail, or Trading industry preferred.
