Business Development Manager (BDM) – Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid relationships with builders, developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular builder visits to generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
Identify and onboard new real estate projects and developers to expand the company's portfolio.
Explore and identify current markets, emerging locations, and business prospects for company growth.
Schedule, coordinate, and attend daily business meetings with builders, clients, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
Strong communication, and relationship management skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including CRM software and MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Willingness to travel for builder meetings, market surveys, and business development activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
