Job Summary

We are a leading hand tool manufacturing company and wrench specialist looking for a motivated B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Fresher to join our Engineering/Production team. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, machine operations, production planning, quality, tooling, and process improvement related to spanners and wrenches.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in production and manufacturing process activities.
Understand and monitor manufacturing processes for hand tools.
Support production planning, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room,



and Maintenance teams.
Assist in preparing and maintaining engineering and production reports.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Learn and support CNC/VMC, forging, machining, and other manufacturing processes.
Identify process improvement prospects to improve productivity and reduce rejection.

Skills: Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical drawings, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, MS Excel, problem-solving, and valuable communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
