Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented E-Commerce Customer Support Executive to manage and enhance the customer experience across our digital sales platforms. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve order-related issues, and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality support throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and social media channels
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, finance, and marketing to resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or helpdesk software
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and policies
Ensure adherence to company service standards, KPIs, and SLAs




Support promotional campaigns by addressing customer queries related to offers and pricing

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or retail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Customer-centric mindset with solid attention to detail
Experience handling online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Familiarity with logistics, shipping partners, and payment gateways
Understanding of customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS, TAT)

Experience: 2 Years of Experience

Budget: 20 k – 22 k

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
