Diagnose and treat adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct OPD consultations and manage IPD admissions.
Evaluate patient history, perform clinical examinations, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans.
Manage patients with diabetes, hypertension, infectious diseases, respiratory, cardiac, and other internal medicine conditions.
Coordinate with specialists for multidisciplinary patient care when required.
Monitor patient progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
