Candidate should preferably be a permanent resident / native of the respective district for which he/she is applying.
Positive knowledge of the local area, villages, Panchayats and local language/dialect will be preferred.
Graduate in any discipline; candidates having background in Social Sciences, Rural Development, Agriculture, Sociology, Development Studies or related fields will be preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience in rural development, surveys, agriculture, social development, community mobilization, irrigation or similar field work will be preferred.




Candidate must be willing to undertake extensive field visits within the assigned district.
Positive communication, documentation and basic MS Office skills are desirable.

Association ClauseNature of Engagement: The selected candidates will initially be engaged on an assignment/project basis for the HPSHIVA Project. Based on satisfactory performance, availability of work and organizational requirements, Hattive Research and Development Foundation may continue or extend their association for additional/future projects, research studies, surveys, monitoring & evaluation assignments and other field-based activities, on mutually agreed terms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
