Key Responsibilities: -
Plan, monitor, and control day-to-day production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
Supervise fabrication and assembly activities related to PEB structures.
Coordinate with design, planning, quality, stores, and maintenance teams.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved drawings/specifications.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor manpower, material utilization, and machine performance.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce wastage.

Requirements: -
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.




2–3 years of relevant experience in PEB/structural steel fabrication.
Knowledge of PEB manufacturing, fabrication, welding, cutting, and assembly processes.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production workplace.
