Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct offline classroom sessions for ECE / EEE subjects.
Deliver clear, structured and exam-oriented lectures.
Cover the prescribed syllabus within the planned schedule.
Explain technical concepts, formulas and numerical problems in a simple and effective manner.
Solve Previous Year Questions (PYQs) and important examination-oriented problems.
Prepare MCQs, practice questions, assignments and mock tests.
Conduct regular revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
Identify students' learning difficulties and provide appropriate guidance.
Monitor student performance through tests and classroom activities.
Stay updated with the latest exam syllabus, pattern and technical requirements.
Coordinate with the academic team for lesson planning and syllabus completion.
Contribute to the preparation and review of study materials and test series.




Maintain punctuality, classroom discipline and professional standards.

Preferred Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in ECE / EEE or relevant engineering discipline.
Robust technical knowledge and excellent teaching skills.
Good communication and classroom-management skills.
Prior teaching/coaching experience is preferred.
Experience in RRB JE, SSC JE, TNPSC AE/JE, TNEB or other technical competitive examinations will be an added advantage.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching may also apply.
