Interior Project Manager / Site Supervisor

Lama Designs is looking for a proactive Interior Project Manager / Site Supervisor to manage residential and commercial interior projects in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise interior fit-out projects from site handover through completion.
Manage site teams, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
Ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Track material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.
Conduct regular site inspections and solve day-to-day execution issues.
Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Provide clear progress updates and ensure timely project handover.

Requirements
Experience in interior project execution, site supervision, or construction project management.
Valuable knowledge of interior materials, finishes, drawings, and on-site execution.
Strong vendor and labour-management skills.




Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Positive communication skills in English; Kannada/Hindi is an advantage.
Candidates based in or able to work in Bengaluru are preferred.
