Key Responsibilities

Design an productive SKD assembly line layout and workflow to optimise material flow, workstation arrangement, and production efficiency.

Select and procure equipment (HIPOT tester, insulation/earth continuity testers, RPM meter, sound level meter, assembly tools).

Define SOPs with built-in QC checkpoints per SKU.

Set up 100% unit electrical safety testing for BIS compliance.

Hire, train, and manage the assembly workforce.

Own quality control, defect tracking, and rework processes.

Run production to meet monthly volume targets.

Coordinate with sourcing team on SKD component inventory.

Required Skills & Experience

Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production / Industrial).

3–7 years in assembly line setup and/or operations, preferably in small appliances or motor-driven consumer electronics.

Hands-on knowledge of HIPOT, insulation resistance, and earth continuity testing.

Experience setting up a line from scratch (not just operating an existing one).

Team management / shop-floor training experience.

Basic vendor/procurement experience.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
