We are urgently seeking skilled and proactive MERN Stack Team Lead with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience who can take end-to-end ownership of projects and deliver high-quality, scalable web applications within defined timelines and also assist junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
Analyze business requirements, break them down into actionable tasks, estimate timelines, and actively participate in sprint planning.
Troubleshoot application issues, implement enhancements, and optimize application performance.
Provide technical guidance to team members and support their skill development.
Ensure adherence to project deadlines, quality standards, and established development processes.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.





Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux and Context API.
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
Robust communication and collaboration abilities.

Positive to Have
Knowledge of TypeScript
Experience with GraphQL
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Understanding of DevOps concepts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹47,483.15 - ₹80,251.54 per month
