Process: - Ocean Import Operations (USA Process)

Role: Team Leader

Shift Timing: 6.30 PM – 3.30 AM – IST ( Mon – Fri )

Salary: Best as per Industry standard.

Mode: Work from office | Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:
Responsible for USA imports Operations in Cargo wise software.
Handle a team of 8 -10 people and ensure day to day operations runs smoothly.
Co-ordinate with origin agents, customs agent, trucker, shipping lines and ports for deliveries
Raise invoices on time. End to end follow up of shipments.




Respond to quotations and start the imports process once booking is confirmed.
Co-ordinate with Consignees and set right expectations on the deliveries.
Co-ordinate with Ports, CHAs etc to arrange Pick-ups. Track and Trace FTL, LTL end to end

Qualifications

· Should be only from freight forwarding industry only. We only need candidates who has worked in USA freight forwarding operations.

· One who understands the intensity and seriousness about customs clearance & last mile deliveries.

· Should have excellent communication skills both Voice and Email.

· 3 -6 years of work experience in above areas from the Freight Forwarding Industry. USA market experience is MANDATORY

· Should be a valuable learner and willing to work from office full time.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
