Services Software Consultant (Quintiq SwE)

We are looking for a skilled Quintiq Software Expert to join our Quintiq team to build and deliver supply chain planning and optimization solutions. In this role, you will develop large-scale planning applications using the Quintiq platform, collaborating with global teams across manufacturing, logistics, and workforce management industries.

This position is based in Pune, India.

Role Description & Responsibilities
Design and develop supply chain planning and scheduling applications using QUILL.
Should be able to analyze, implement, test and debug in QUILL independently.
Should be able to build constraint-based planning models, scheduling algorithms, and optimization logic.
Should be able to integrate Quintiq solutions with external systems and participate in the full SDLC.
Collaborate with IPCs, architects and clients for end-to-end delivery.
Should be able to guide junior members on the team for technical topics.
Provide regular updates on tasks and projects, escalating issues proactively to leads/PM.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (engineering) in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience.




2+ years of Quintiq platform experience (QUILL programming).
Robust knowledge of supply chain planning concepts and OOP (Java, C++, or Python).
Proficiency in SQL, algorithms, and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; REST/SOAP integration experience is a plus.
Certified Quintiq SwE (L1) or successfully completed SwE demo challenge will be an added advantage.
Preferred experience on one or more standard industry solutions.
Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹372,153.08 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
