Handling payroll, attendance, leave, and perks administration.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Managing employee performance and appraisals.
Addressing employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Organizing training and employee development programs.
Promoting employee engagement and a positive work setting.
Supporting management in workforce planning and HR decisions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
