Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
Coordinate with functional heads to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation of recent employees.
Employee Engagement & Development
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to drive motivation and retention.
Support learning & development initiatives, including training coordination and feedback collection.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/DMS.
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave administration.
Performance Management
Assist in implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Track probation reviews, appraisals, and KRA/KPI alignments.
Support managers in addressing performance gaps.
Employee Relations & Discipline
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.




Support disciplinary proceedings in line with organizational policies.
Foster positive work culture and employee relations.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare MIS reports on recruitment, attrition, headcount, and other HR metrics.
Provide insights to management for data-driven HR decisions.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/DMS).
Problem-solving, people management, and conflict resolution skills.

Qualification & Experience:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile dealership / manufacturing / retail sector.
Exposure to dealership HR processes (Sales, Service, and Support functions) will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
