Position Overview/Job Title: Content Writer & Storyline Developer

JFKC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer & Storyline Developer to create engaging learning content and transform it into interactive e-learning experiences. The role blends robust writing and storytelling skills with hands-on expertise in e-learning authoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development
Research, plan, and write learner-friendly course content, scripts, blogs, and articles.
Develop storyboards, case studies, assessments, and FAQs aligned with curriculum needs.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers for content quality and alignment.

E-Learning Development
Build interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate.
Convert storyboards into engaging courses with quizzes, animations,



and branching scenarios.
Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and LMS compatibility; troubleshoot issues as needed.
Update and maintain existing e-learning modules.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, Instructional Technology, B Tech IT or a related field.
Robust writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience in educational content writing and e-learning development.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and LMS standards (SCORM/xAPI).
Ability to manage multiple projects with robust attention to detail.

Preferred: Basic graphic design and HTML/CSS knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
