Job Role - US IT Recruiter

Shift- Us Shift 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST

5 Days working model - Saturday and Sunday off

Location - Vijay Nagar Indore
Understand client hiring requirements
Source candidates through job portals and skilled networks
Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling with clients
Maintain candidate records and follow-ups

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Robust English communication skills
Willingness to work night shifts
Open to freshers and entry-level candidates
