ANDROMEDA HIRING:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations and lead our team. You will set sales goals, build strategic plans, and coach team members to hit revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and guide sales representatives to meet or exceed quotas.
Strategy Execution: Create and implement effective sales plans to expand our market reach.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and forecast revenue
Reporting: Present regular sales and expense reports to senior management

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 0 to 3years of proven experience in sales or managing a sales team.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Should be in banking, lones or HL

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
