Purchase Executive – QSR & FMCG

Job Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of QSR raw materials, FMCG products, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
Source and evaluate vendors for quality, price, availability, and timely delivery.
Collect quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchase orders.
Coordinate with stores, warehouse, production, and QSR outlets to understand material requirements.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of rapid-moving and essential items.
Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality, quantity, specifications, and food-safety standards.
Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules, shortages, replacements, and quality issues.
Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, quotations,



invoices, and purchase reports.
Track market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings and better vendor terms.
Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
Support recent product/vendor sourcing for QSR and FMCG operations.
Ensure procurement is done within approved budgets and company policies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
