Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
Monitor villa resort and residential building works
Ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and workers
Check quality of materials and workmanship
Maintain site records and daily progress reports
Ensure safety standards are followed at site
Assist senior engineers and project managers

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Basic knowledge of site work and construction processes
Ability to read drawings and plans
Valuable communication and coordination skills




Hardworking and responsible candidate

Skills Required
Knowledge in residential & villa construction
Understanding of basic site supervision
Measurement and quantity checking
Basic knowledge of MS Office / AutoCAD (preferred)
