We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead branch business growth, achieve targets, supervise the sales team and advisors, develop customer relationships, and ensure proper reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly business targets
Lead and motivate branch business teams
Develop FD, MIS, RD, DDS and savings business
Recruit and activate productive advisors
Conduct branch visits and performance reviews
Ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance

Preferred Candidate
Graduate with experience in banking, Nidhi, NBFC, insurance or financial services
Solid leadership, communication and field-sales skills
Willing to travel across assigned locations

Salary: Attractive salary plus performance incentives
